Returns & Cancelations

You have the right to return the products you purchased and ask for them to be replaced

(a) in all cases where wrong products or products of poor and defective quality (mistakes in ordering, invoicing, shipment, damaged during transport or poor packaging and

(b) In all cases where there is a problem / actual defect in the product (function or quality) covered by the warranty of the product and provided that the warranty has been provided by TSAMI OPTICALS, products covered by third party guarantees such as the manufacturer of the product or his representative.

In the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, www.tsamiopticals.gr will return you no later than (14) working days from the time the company has received proven knowledge of its withdrawal. The way your money will be refunded will be determined upon communication and consultation with you.It is clarified that the amount of money that will be refunded to you due to withdrawal from the contract and upon return of the ordered products corresponds purely and exclusively to the paid amount of the purchase of the products and not to the amount of money paid corresponding to their shipping costs. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal , you should: fill in and send the special withdrawal notice you will find here.In addition, in all cases the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all of the above cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and their packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product and is in perfect condition, together with all the documents which accompanied the product.
