Courier at your place
OPTICALS TSAMI collaborates with Geniki Tahidromiki courier to assure the fast delivery of your products, all around Greece and abroad. All products are usually shipped the following working day of your order if they are available and the shipping cost is:
Everywhere in Greece the shipping cost is free for orders over 40€. For orders less than 40 € there is a charge of 3.00EUR in all areas of Greece
Ιf you choose Cash on Delivery there will be an extra charge of 6€ (price including VAT).
If the weight of the order is big or the destination is distant for the transorting companies, we will contact you to inform you about the final shipping cost.
Transporting companies
Orders of big weight and volume, are preferable to ship via transporting company. We will contact you to inform you about the shipping method. The current shipping method cannot be combined with the Cash on Delivery option. You should deposit the cost of your order in one of our bank accounts.
Pickup from store
You can also simply pick your products you ordered straight from our stores, Aristomenous 65, Kalamata (27230 91104) and Navarino Dunes, Costa Navarino (27230 91104).
Order Cancellation
Cancellation of orders may be made in the following cases:
